Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. in Hanover, PA, is seeking an Oven Operator for the 3rd shift to efficiently run multi‑oven lines while upholding safety, quality, and process standards.

You will monitor ovens, read gauges, and ensure production targets are met. This full-time role offers a starting hourly rate of $26.75, with overtime potential and room for growth within our production team as we deliver private label foods to customers across the United States.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask on fast-paced lines.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to read production orders and machine specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate oven lines to meet production targets using displays and checklists.
• Monitor alarms and signals and respond promptly.
• Record readings on process control sheets and report irregularities.
• Perform safe startup, emergency stop, and restart procedures.
• Adjust process parameters based on lab feedback to maintain specs.
• Manage salt operations and alert when bins need replacing.
• Maintain cleanliness around ovens and kilns; dispose of waste.
• Support plant shutdowns with cleaning duties.
• Perform additional duties to support departmental and organizational goals.
