Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform changeovers.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform required safety and quality checks.
• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines, ovens, and mixers.
• Manually pack products and remove finished goods from the production line as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Lift and handle materials such as film, cartons, cases, and other production supplies.
