TreeHouse Foods is seeking an Oven Operator for the night shift to run and maintain multi-oven lines while upholding safety and quality standards. You will monitor alarms, record process data, and respond to issues promptly in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires basic math, reading production orders, and basic computer skills. The position includes full-time hours with weekend considerations and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate oven lines to meet production targets and maintain safety and quality.
• Monitor alarms, lasers, and warning signals; respond promptly to issues.
• Record readings on process control sheets and report irregularities.
• Perform safe startup, emergency stop, and restart procedures.
• Adjust process parameters based on lab feedback to meet specs.
• Maintain salt operations and refill salt trays as needed.
• Keep oven areas clean during operations and shutdowns.
• Assist with plant shutdowns and related cleaning duties.
