Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the Hanover, PA facility. The role reports to the Packing Room Supervisor and supports day-to-day operations on Crew B (7:00 pm–7:00 am) with a competitive hourly rate.

The position requires following established processes, operating multiple packing machines, and ensuring product quality while meeting efficiency targets. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions and process documents.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing room machines and ensure production efficiency.
• Study production sheets to anticipate changeovers and prepare materials for next order.
• Conduct weight checks and inspect products for defects to meet specs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
