You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure business applications aligned with enterprise standards.

Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into technical roadmaps and actionable initiatives while maintaining strong governance and reliability across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
• Advanced OutSystems development experience and architecture skills preferred.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, MVC, and patterns for low-code platforms.
• Experience translating business needs into technical roadmaps and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership across Agile teams.
