Avalanche Software, a WB Games studio in Salt Lake City, seeks a TEMPORARY Associate Outsourcing Art Coordinator to support Hogwarts Legacy development. You’ll track, create and inventory assets while coordinating schedules, documentation and cross‑department collaboration.

This is a hybrid onsite role at the Avalanche Studio in Salt Lake City, UT. Relocation assistance is not provided for temporary roles.

Formación

• Good understanding of game assets and asset creation pipeline.
• Working knowledge of Unreal Engine, Perforce, Maya, Adobe Creative Suite, and general file management.
• Experience with Miro, JIRA, Confluence, Office apps, and ShotGrid/Flow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate tasks, priorities and tracking through milestones with internal and external art teams.
• Set up and deploy tasks and feedback using tracking and communication tools.
• Review assets in Unreal, Maya and Perforce ensuring specs and paths are correct.
• Maintain up-to-date task status in tracking tools and document asset progress.
• Support ad hoc art and production needs.
• Communicate clearly across art, production and other disciplines to ensure hand-offs.
