Qualifications

• 5+ years in a professional design role.
• At least one shipped title in a professional design role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency with Unreal Engine 5, gameplay ability system and blueprints.
• Passion for games and learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement verbs for synchronous and asynchronous multiplayer gameplay.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers under the Lead Gameplay Designer.
• Tune and balance gameplay elements.
• Participate in regular playtests and provide feedback.
• Maintain documentation with a single source of truth.
