WB Games Avalanche Studio in Salt Lake City seeks a TEMPORARY Associate Outsourcing Art Coordinator to help track, create, and inventory high-quality game assets and support schedules and cross-department collaboration throughout the development cycle.

This hybrid onsite role blends art coordination with production tasks, requiring collaboration across remote teams and familiarity with Unreal, Perforce, Maya, and Adobe tools.

Competenze

• General understanding of game assets and asset creation pipeline from concept to engine.
• Working knowledge of Unreal Engine, Perforce, Maya, Adobe Creative Suite, and general file management.
• Experience with Miro, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office and ShotGrid/Flow.

Mansioni

• Coordinate tasks with internal and external art teams through milestones and approvals.
• Set up and deploy tasks and feedback in tracking tools.
• Review assets in Unreal, Maya and Perforce for specs and status.
• Document assets for brand approvals and future reference.
