Jobot seeks a Permanent Outsourced Accounting Manager in Life Sciences & Biotech to oversee outsourced accounting for diverse clients. You will lead a team, advise on financial strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering detailed reports to stakeholders.

This fully remote role targets senior expertise, with 5+ years in outsourced accounting and BPO. CPA is a plus; leadership and process-improvement skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar outsourced accounting role, ideally in life sciences/biotech.
• CPA certification and/or Big 4 public accounting is a strong plus.
• Extensive knowledge of outsourced accounting and BPO.
• Strong understanding of audit processes and financial regulations.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/medical device companies is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Superior communication skills for non-financial audiences.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous learning mindset.

• 4. Proven experience in outsourced accounting and business process outsourcing (BPO).
• 5. Extensive knowledge of audit processes and financial regulations.
• 6. Experience working with pharmaceutical and medical device companies is a plus.
• 7. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading successful teams.
• 8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to a non-financial audience.
• 9. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions.
