Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of related accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain client accounting records in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Review general ledgers for mis-postings and prepare adjusting journal entries.
• Researches and corrects account discrepancies.
• Prepare sales and payroll tax returns and 1099s/W-2s.
• Prepare basic financial statements and client reports.
• Prioritize backlog and client projects to meet deadlines.
