LaFontaine Automotive Group in Michigan seeks an Outside Wholesale Parts Sales Representative to grow wholesale parts sales, build relationships with independent repair shops, body shops, and fleet accounts, and deliver outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in automotive parts sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze data to identify growth opportunities; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Existing relationships with local repair facilities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with high energy and professional appearance.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and secure new wholesale parts accounts within assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit objectives.
• Promote OEM parts programs, specials, and dealership initiatives.
• Provide pricing quotes, product information, and delivery coordination.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM.
• Collaborate with Parts Manager and internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
