Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of technical products and product configurations.
• Good verbal and written communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand Dell product and service solutions and their importance to customers.
• Support basic sales opportunities and learn the customer environment and role of channel in the sales process.
• Assist with providing insight and advice to customers concerning applicability of specific products and service technologies.
