Rio Verde Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional job opportunity of Outside Services Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Key Responsibilities of the Outside Services Attendant:

1. Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
2. Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
3. Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
4. Maintain the cart staging area, podium, and bag drop area in a neat and orderly fashion.
5. Keep the cart storage and wash-down areas clean and organized.
6. Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
7. Educate players regarding course policies, cart policies, and pace of play.
8. Assist players by changing golf spikes if needed.
9. Perform range maintenance, including managing practice balls, bag stands, and ball inventory.
10. Direct start of play when necessary.
11. Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
12. Service rental clubs and clean them upon return.
13. Assist with food and beverage activities.
14. Clean golfers' clubs after play.
15. Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
16. Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months to one year of customer service experience or training.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
