New Berlin Hills Golf Course in New Berlin, WI, is seeking a part-time Outside Service Attendant for a seasonal role lasting up to six months. The position offers $10.00 per hour and involves guest service, cart preparation, and course policy education.

As an associate of Troon, you will support club operations, assist with tournaments, and contribute to a positive guest experience while maintaining a reliable schedule and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and six months to one year of customer service experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assists with upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Assists in setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains cart staging area, podium, and bag drop area in an orderly manner.
• Prepares golf carts for play following Troon standards.
• Educates players on course policy, cart policy, and speed of play.
• Assists players by changing their golf spikes when needed.
• Performs range maintenance and maintains practice facility supplies.
• Directs the start of play when necessary.
• Keeps accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services rental clubs and cleans them upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Cleans golfers’ clubs after play and observes safe work practices.
• Maintains regular attendance and performs other duties as required.

New Berlin Hills Golf Course, located in New Berlin, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Pay:

$10.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash-down area in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon.
• Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, and speed of play.
• Assists players by changing their golf spikes, if needed.
• Performs range maintenance, including presenting the practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies, or ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day.
• Directs the start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED; and six months to one year of customer service experience or training.

Certificates/Licenses:

Valid driver's license required.
