Job summary

Troon's New Berlin Hills Golf Course in New Berlin, WI is seeking a part-time Grounds & Maintenance Staff member for a seasonal role (up to 6 months). You will help maintain the course landscape, including mowing, planting, pruning, and debris cleanup, with weekend availability required.

Candidates need at least one month of related experience and a valid driver's license. Pay ranges from $14 to $16 per hour based on experience, with benefits as outlined by the company.

• Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.
• Maintains the landscape through application of mulch, water, fertilizer, and grooming.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

New Berlin Hills Golf Course, located in New Berlin, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Grounds & Maintenance Staff! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Pay

$14 - $16 based on experience

Schedule

Must be available to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Education and Experience

Must be able to work in a wide range of weather conditions, including warm, cold, wet, and dry.
