True North Group LLC is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer in Oregon. The role focuses on developing new sales representatives, leading by example in the field, and shaping a growing team through hands-on coaching.

Ideal candidates bring sales experience, a passion for training, and the ability to balance personal production with mentorship. Licensure in life & health insurance is supported by the company, with reimbursement after attainment.

Competenze

• Experience in sales and a background in training or leadership is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills are essential.
• Ability to foster a team-oriented culture focused on growth and success.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to lead in the field.
