True North Group in McAllen is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop new sales representatives through field training, ride-alongs, and hands-on coaching.

You will balance personal production with mentorship, foster a growth-oriented culture, and deliver demonstrations for supplemental insurance products to clients and prospects.

Formación

• Experience in sales, with a background in training or leadership preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to coach and motivate.
• Team-oriented mindset focused on collective success.
• Reliable, organized, and able to lead in the field.
• Licensed in life & health insurance or willing to obtain licensure (reimbursement).

Responsabilidades

• Support new agents with ride-alongs, field training, and hands-on guidance.
