Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer in Mississippi to develop and coach new agents in the field. You will lead ride-alongs, provide hands-on guidance, and demonstrate practical selling skills.

This role rewards leadership with uncapped commissions, weekly draw, and growth opportunities within agency leadership. We support licensure in life and health insurance and offer ongoing mentorship and field-based training.
