Job summary

True North Group LLC. in Mississippi is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop new agents through ride-alongs, field coaching, and hands-on guidance. This role blends teaching with field leadership, helping reps build confidence and consistent performance.

You will balance personal production with mentorship, lead by example, and participate in demos for supplemental insurance products. A strong communicator who thrives in a team setting will excel and advance into agency
