Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop a growing sales team. The role combines field coaching, ride-alongs, and hands-on training to help new agents succeed in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate will coach with a decisive, motivational style, balance training with personal client activity, and demonstrate our supplemental insurance products to potential business clients. This on-site role supports Oregon operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a training or leadership background.
• Strong coaching and motivational skills.
• Willing to obtain life & health insurance licensure, supported by the company.
