About The Company
They are a well-established pest control & crawl space company offering residential and commercial pest control services throughout the US.

About The Role
As Outside Sales Specialist, you'll work for the Nashville North office and grow your sales territory through inspections, quotes, and driving new business. Develop sales with residential and commercial clients in the greater Nashville, TN to Bowling Green, KY territory. Outside sales. Take-home work truck & gas provided. The OSS receives a salary, benefits, and has an uncapped commission plan with strong % on all sales.
$75k-$95k+ on target earnings for year 1 with uncapped commission plan and room for financial growth.

What You’ll Do
Close inbound leads (from marketing) and generate creative leads (from field efforts). Create new sales opportunities by: Following up on technician and customer service leads. Visiting neighbors of current customers. Dropping in on businesses. Calling existing customers for free inspections. Deliver an average of 7 inspections per day. Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings. Participate in sales coaching activities: Daily check-ins & text updates. Ride-alongs with leaders & peers. Weekly team meetings & call sessions.

What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. Self-motivated with excellent time management. Experience in outside sales (home services are a plus). Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for sales & leads. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily.
