Position Overview: Outside Showroom Sales Associate responsible for owning and developing existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers in assigned markets. The role involves providing superior service to Famous Supply customers in person and via phone, building sales relationships with contractors, builders, and remodelers to supply them with materials and solutions needed for their projects. The ideal candidate is sales growth-focused, capable of opening doors and engaging with new potential customers for our showroom business.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive and grow showroom sales of windows, doors, kitchens, and bath products in the greater Columbus market.
2. Develop new accounts through cold calling and other sales strategies.
3. Maintain sales growth through relationships with local architects, builders, remodelers, and trade professionals.
4. Manage an account base with set sales goals and budgets.
5. Collaborate with inside showroom associates to drive sales.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience with contractor, builder, or remodeler sales calls; experience with architects and designers is a plus.
• Knowledge of residential windows, doors, and kitchen & bath product categories.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, submittals, and understand the construction process.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in this market.
• Customer service mindset and computer proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
