Job summary

Fletcher Home RVA in Richmond, VA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our home-improvement footprint. This role focuses on in-home consultations, presenting tailored exterior and interior upgrades, and guiding customers through proven sales systems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in-home residential sales, a record of closing deals, and a drive for personal and financial growth. Evening and weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in-home residential sales (remodeling, roofing, windows, bathrooms)
• Demonstrated success in commission-based sales
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are available

Responsibilities
