Fletcher Home RVA is actively seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for the Richmond, VA area. The role focuses on in-home consultations, presenting tailored exterior and interior home improvement solutions, and guiding customers through proven sales processes.

The candidate should have 2+ years of in-home residential sales, strong closing, and communication skills, and be willing to work evenings and Saturdays to meet homeowners' availability.
