Fletcher Home RVA is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home improvement sales in the Richmond area. You will meet with homeowners, present tailored exterior and interior solutions, and guide clients through our proven sales process.

The ideal candidate has a track record of closing deals in home improvement, thrives on commissions, and is able to work evenings and Saturdays to meet homeowners' availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home residential sales experience (preferably in remodeling, roofing, windows, or bathrooms)
• Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for personal and financial growth
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays (when homeowners are available)

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners in and around Richmond, VA (no cold calling!)
• Conduct in-home consultations and present tailored solutions for exterior and interior home improvement projects
• Lead customers through our proven sales systems
• Collaborate with a dedicated sales support team to maximize success
• Attend ongoing sales training and coaching sessions to stay sharp and competitive
