Job summary

Fletcher Home RVA is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for home improvement in the Richmond, VA area. This role focuses on in-home consultations, presenting tailored exterior and interior solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process to close deals.

You will work with a support team, participate in ongoing training, and benefit from uncapped commissions and a leads-provided setup. Evening and weekend availability is preferred to match homeowner schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home residential sales experience (remodeling, roofing, windows, bathrooms preferred).
• Track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

We are actively seeking experienced home improvement sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and delivering results in an in-home sales setting in the Richmond, Va market. The right candidate is:

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners in and around Richmond, Va. (no cold calling!)
• Conduct in-home consultations and present tailored solutions for exterior and interior home-improvement projects
• Lead customers through our proven sales systems
• Collaborate with a dedicated sales support team to maximize success
• Attend ongoing sales training and coaching sessions to stay sharp and competitive
