  • Position: Outside Sales Representative
  • Location: Nashua, NH & Salem, NH - In Territory
  • Salary: $800 per week + Uncapped Commission Potential + $650 Monthly Allowance
  • Reports To: Director of Sales
  • Experience Level: Auto Parts Experience and B2B Sales Experience Preferred
Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven, high-energy Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys structured goals, and delivers exceptional customer service. This role involves building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, collaborating with store and inside sales teams, visiting customer sites, promoting products, and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Enjoys building long-term partnerships and communicating effectively
  • Responsive, adaptable, and motivated by change
  • Professional, respectful, and process-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or the automotive/heavy-duty parts industry is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM experience preferred
