Job summary

Duke Rentals is seeking a Sales Representative for its NEW Sanger, TX location. The candidate will drive rental sales within a defined territory, actively call on construction and industrial sites, and build relationships with customers to achieve measurable goals.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with commission-based pay and benefits. A valid driver's license is preferred, and relocation to the Sanger area is expected for the position.

Qualifications

• 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Prior equipment rental sales preferred.
• Energetic and enthusiastic early morning person.
• Self-starter, organized to effectively manage their sales territory with periodic supervision.
• Results oriented with strong execution skills.
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal.
• College education or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned customer accounts and customer relationships in the assigned geographic area.
• Active sales calls to construction and industrial company offices as well as construction job sites.
• Growing rental sales in the assigned business area.
• Promoting Duke Rentals in all areas of sales and consumer awareness to include rentals, sales, and service.
• Selling in a branch team environment and maintaining a high level of communication with other Duke Rental team members.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our NEW Sanger, TX location. The ideal candidate will be active in the market, driven to build and grow a defined territory, and committed to achieving and sustaining measurable goals within the rental equipment industry.

Salary: $52,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay

Work Location: Sanger, TX

REQUIRED to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work to or near Sanger, TX

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7 AM to 5 PM)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned customer accounts and customer relationships in the assigned geographic area
• Active sales calls to construction and industrial company offices as well as construction job sites
• Responsible for growing rental sales in the assigned business area
• Responsible for promoting Duke Rentals in all areas of sales and consumer awareness to include rentals, sales, and service
• Selling in a branch team environment and maintaining a high level of communication with other Duke Rental team members

Experience
