Salon Backbar is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory in the beauty distribution field. This field-based role includes driving a company-provided car, servicing existing accounts, and developing new customers.

About the role

Salon Backbar is a growing, family-owned professional beauty distributor looking for a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory.

We believe in promoting from within. Many of our team members have advanced into leadership roles as the company has grown, and some have even earned opportunities to become partners in the business. We are looking for a like-minded, driven individual who wants to grow with us and help take Salon Backbar to the next level.

This is a field-based sales position. You will drive a company-provided car, service existing salon and barber accounts, develop new customers, and sell professional beauty products throughout your territory.
