Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air Inc. is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join a growing team in Southern Indiana. You’ll leverage pre-set leads and training to close deals on generators and home improvement products, building lasting customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in-home sales, own a reliable vehicle, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Equal opportunity employer. Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Tri-State, building and maintaining customer relationships while offering tailor-made solutions.
• Wow customers with product knowledge and compelling sales pitches—highlight our generators.
• Craft winning sales proposals and contracts that get customers excited to sign.
• Close deals and celebrate wins while balancing customer satisfaction and company success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.

What You Bring to the Table:
