Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air Inc. in Kansas City, MO is seeking an External Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home sales for standby generators, water heaters, and related services. This role offers 100% commission with uncapped earnings and pre-qualified leads.

You'll use tablets and sales presentations, receive paid training, and join a growth-focused team with full benefits. A reliable vehicle and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of in-home sales experience.
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Tri-State, building and maintaining customer relationships while offering tailor-made solutions.
• Wow customers with product knowledge and sales pitches for generators and home services.
• Craft winning sales proposals and contracts to excite customers to sign.
• Close deals while balancing customer satisfaction and company success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Hit sales goals and drive growth for the team.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-3 years of in‑home sales experience (if you’ve rocked the sales world before, we want you!).
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (we need to get you from Point A to Point Sold!).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
