Tri-State Water, Power & Air Inc. is hiring for an Outside Sales Representative in St. Louis, MO. We offer a high-energy sales environment with pre-set, qualified leads and paid training to help you succeed.

Average earnings exceed $150k with top performers over $250k. You’ll receive tools and support to build your pipeline and close deals, joining a team focused on growth and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of in-home sales experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Tri-State Water, Power and Air, building and maintaining strong customer relationships while offering tailor-made solutions.
• Impress customers with product knowledge and sales pitches to show why our generators are best.
• Craft winning sales proposals and contracts to excite customers to sign on the dotted line.
• Close deals and celebrate wins while balancing customer satisfaction and company success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Aim to hit sales goals and strive to become a top performer.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-3 years of in-home sales experience (if you’ve rocked the sales world before, we want you!).
