An established industry player is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. In this remote role, you will cultivate and protect relationships with key customers across Long Island, NYC, and Connecticut, ensuring the delivery of exceptional value and driving sales growth. The Outside Sales Rep is an outside sales role tasked to develop, maintain, and grow relationships with customers. Owns the dealer relationship and buyer relationship with key customers in a defined Distribution Center market, covering Long Island, NYC, and Connecticut. Works independently and is self-directed, while still operating as part of an integrated local sales team focused on delivering value to customers and achieving sales and margin growth expectations. Applies experience to drive growth in scale (i.e., customer base, broader market coverage). Ensures superior value is delivered to customers in support of primary demand efforts. Responsible for promoting and selling Distribution's full range of products, including engineered wood, commodities, and specialty building products.
The DSR role is a remote position, and the candidate must reside within the territory (Long Island, NYC, and Connecticut). The only travel to our Easton, PA office will be for on-boarding, monthly sales meetings, and/or other special circumstances.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $70,000 - $118,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Sales Incentive Program, which offers a quarterly cash bonus.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3 weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
