D2B Groups is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Generator Parts and Service in New Orleans, LA. You will promote and sell parts and services to new and existing customers, building relationships and meeting sales targets with exceptional service.

The role requires knowledge of generator parts, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving sales goals. Hybrid work arrangement and a base salary with commission are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service, especially in generator or machinery parts.
• Strong knowledge of generator parts, components, and services.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with customers to drive sales of generator parts and service solutions.
• Responds to customer inquiries, provides product information, and assists customers in selecting the right parts and services for their needs.
• Quotes prices and negotiates terms with customers, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Coordinates with the inventory control team to ensure appropriate stock levels of generator parts and accessories.
• Keeps customers informed about new products, promotions, and industry developments.
• Prepares and submits sales reports detailing progress toward sales goals and customer feedback.
• Works closely with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction with service delivery and parts quality.
