Northeast Power Dry is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in New Jersey. This full-time, field-based role offers base pay plus uncapped commission and paid training. You will meet homeowners in their homes, provide restoration solutions, and close sales from company-generated leads.

The position requires 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Northeast Power Dry is a fast-growing restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners, provide restoration solutions, and close sales opportunities generated through company-provided leads.

This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners in their homes following emergency property damage situations. No cold calling required — all leads are company-generated.

What You’ll Do

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Restoration, construction, remediation, or other blue-collar industry experience
• Experience working with insurance claims or property damage projects
• CRM or project management software experience
