Job summary

Northeast Power Dry, a fast-growing restoration company serving homeowners in New Jersey, is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist. This field-based role meets homeowners in their homes after emergency property damage, presents restoration solutions, and closes sales opportunities generated through company leads.

You will work in-home with empathy and professionalism to assess damage and outline remediation options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions.
• Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process.

• Coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success.

Northeast Power Dry is a fast-growing restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners, provide restoration solutions, and close sales opportunities generated through company-provided leads.

This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners in their homes following emergency property damage situations. No cold calling required — all leads are company-generated.
