This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commission and paid training, with overtime and occasional holidays in a fast-paced emergency service environment.

You’ll coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with proven ability to close deals.

Northeast Power Dry is a fast-growing restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners, provide restoration solutions, and close sales opportunities generated through company-provided leads.

This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners in their homes following emergency property damage situations. No cold calling required - all leads are company-generated.

What You’ll Do

• Restoration, construction, remediation, or other blue-collar industry experience
• Experience working with insurance claims or property damage projects
