Northeast Power Dry in New Jersey is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist to meet homeowners, assess restoration needs, and close opportunities generated from company leads. This is a field-based role with no cold calling.

You’ll work in homeowners' homes, coordinate with production teams, and enjoy base pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for growth while delivering empathetic, professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions.
• Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process.
• Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy.

Northeast Power Dry is a fast-growing restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners, provide restoration solutions, and close sales opportunities generated through company-provided leads.

This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners in their homes following emergency property damage situations. No cold calling required — all leads are company-generated.

What You’ll Do
