Job summary

Northeast Power Dry is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist to meet homeowners, assess damage, and provide restoration solutions. This full-time field role uses company-provided leads with no cold calling, offering uncapped commission and paid training for strong closers.

You will visit homes, present estimates, and guide customers through the restoration process, coordinating with teams to ensure project success and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Restoration/construction/remediation or blue-collar experience and insurance-claims familiarity.
