Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Texas to sell digital marketing solutions and manage a growing client base. The role features a hybrid work model with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, plus ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

You will prospect, present, and close deals across Websites, Ads, SEO and reviews, building relationships with small businesses and earning residual commissions while advancing in leadership or sales roles.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation, Social Ads, SEO.
• Cold calling and prospecting within a territory to set appointments.
• Grow own book by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across varied industries.

Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Earn $90K–$100K in Year 1 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, growing to $100K–$120K+ in Year 2.

Base Salary: $46,000

• Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses
• Hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field work)

• 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job and ongoing companywide support

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
