Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role, combining home-office and field work, with a base salary and uncapped commissions. You will sell digital marketing solutions including websites, ads, and SEO, while building a portfolio of small business clients across various industries.

The role includes a structured 3-week classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, plus ongoing support and partnerships with Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions via a partnership selling model (websites, ads, SEO, reviews).
• Prospect in a defined territory through cold calling and appointments.
• Grow a book of business with residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build relationships across diverse industries with proactive client engagement.

Earn $90K–$100K in Year 1 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, growing to $100K–$120K+ in Year 2.

Base Salary: $46,000

• Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
