Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Hastings, Nebraska, offering a base salary with full benefits and uncapped commissions. This hybrid role involves home-office and in-field activity, with a structured training program to develop market and client management skills.

You will drive digital marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Year 1 on-target earnings between $75,000-$85,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $101,000-119,000.
