Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the United States to sell digital marketing solutions, combining a base salary with uncapped commissions in a hybrid home-office and field setting. Training starts strong with a structured onboarding and ongoing support, aiming to help you grow a resilient book of business across diverse industries.

You will engage prospects, present digital marketing packages, and build lasting client relationships while pursuing a clear path to leadership

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Year 1 on-target earnings between $70,000-$85,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $90,000 - $106,000.
