Job summary

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role and a territory in Texas (Lewisville). Base salary of $46,000 plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses is offered, with potential to reach $90K–$100K in Year 1 and $100K–$120K+ in Year 2.

Expect training, leadership pathways, and access to premier digital marketing solutions in partnership with leading platforms. You will prospect, present, and close deals with small businesses, build a robust book of business, and collaborate

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a territory to set appointments.
• Grow your book of business with residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

Earn $90K–$100K in Year 1 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, growing to $100K–$120K+ in Year 2.

Base Salary: $46,000

• Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses
• Hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field work)

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
