Clover seeks an Outside Sales Representative in Des Plaines, IL to join our field sales team promoting Clover point-of-sale solutions to restaurant owners. This 100% hunter role emphasizes building relationships and driving revenue with Restaurant Depot partners.

You will generate leads, conduct face-to-face visits, install Clover systems, and train staff on POS and online ordering. Travel within the Chicago area is required, and you will represent Clover with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2 years of quota-driven, self-sourcing sales experience.
• 2 years of cold calling & prospecting experience.

About The Role

Join our Restaurant Depot field sales team, where innovation meets opportunity. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming the restaurant industry with our award-winning Clover point-of-sale solutions.

What You’ll Do

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role
• Proactively engage with business owners & restaurateurs within Restaurant Depot, initiating face-to-face conversations to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at client’s restaurants/business to demonstrate the value of Clover and solutions for streamlining operations and boosting revenue.
• Drive sales growth by leveraging deep product knowledge to educate potential customers on POS systems and online ordering platforms, converting leads into loyal clients through personalized consultative selling strategies.
• Install Clover systems at Client locations and provide hands-on training to ensure smooth integration and optimal use.
• Exemplify Fiserv core values by upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering genuine connections with clients and colleagues alike.

This role requires travel within the Chicago area, collaborating with Restaurant Depot Locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.

Experience That You Will Need To Have

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• 2 years of experience cold calling & prospecting.
• 2 years of experience with independently generating leads.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Experience That Would Be Great To Have

• 3 years of sales experience.

Salary Range

$39,600.00 - $92,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For commission eligible employees, the successful candidate is eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the terms of the applicable Fiserv Sales Compensation Plan.
