What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll take charge of your own pipeline, turning initial conversations into valuable business opportunities. Your day-to-day will involve reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Agent Elite can help them achieve their goals. • Making 150+ outbound cold calls daily to real estate agents and brokers
• Setting 5-8 qualified appointments per day
• Conducting 10-12 product demos per week and closing deals on the first call
• Mastering objection handling and sales techniques to maximize conversions
• Constantly refining your skills through ongoing coaching and training
• Being recognized and rewarded for exceeding sales goals—your success is in your hands

Benefits & Perks

This is a non-exempt, hourly, full-time position. On-target earnings (hourly rate/base + incentive) for fully ramped employees is $50,000, with Top Sales reps earning between $75,000 to 100,000 annually.
