An innovative firm is seeking a motivated individual for a remote 14-week project focused on service contract sales. The role involves leveraging your sales experience to introduce service contracts to existing customers and establish new business through proactive outreach. You will engage with key decision-makers, assess customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their service experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to advancements in healthcare while developing your professional skills in sales and customer relations.

**THIS IS A REMOTE - 14-WEEK PROJECT**
AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience; preferred
2+ years inside sales, direct sales, customer service or telemarketing experience; preferred
Ideal candidate will have prior service contract selling experience; strong customer service skills; be confident, professional, and a self-starter
Excellent time management skills and ability to cultivate positive client relationships
Proven sales record of success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and move opportunities through the sales cycle; discuss viable solutions with decision makers
Introduce client’s service contracts to current customers
Establish new business sales via email and outbound calls
Focus on biomed and materials management departments for initial outreach
Identify decision makers and influencers; review service options to close sales
Assess current equipment and warranty terms to recommend suitable service contracts
Send formal service menu documents to customers
Follow up through calls and emails for feedback
Understand customer needs; provide solutions to extend, adopt, or upgrade services for multiple years
Develop solutions that meet client goals based on discussions

The potential base pay range is $34-$36 per hour, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may apply.
