Job summary

Ramley Home Solutions in Michigan seeks an Outside Sales Representative to convert homeowner leads into completed projects. You will meet homeowners, visit job sites, understand needs, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the sales process using company estimating tools.

Base pay plus commission rewards performance, with company-provided leads and marketing support. Excellent communication, organization, and accountability are essential as you build relationships and referrals while

Ramley Home Solutions | Michigan

Pay: Base + commission, based on experience

Schedule: Weekdays required; approximately one Saturday per month

Ramley Home Solutions is looking for an Outside Sales Representative with sales experience and a working knowledge of residential construction or home improvement. You'll meet with homeowners, visit job sites, understand their project needs, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the sales process. Company-generated leads and marketing support are provided, with opportunities to develop your own leads and referral relationships as well.

We're looking for someone who communicates well, builds trust with customers, stays organized, and takes ownership of their results.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Preferred

Experience selling roofing, decks, remodeling, or other residential construction services; estimating or quoting experience; consultative sales experience; or an existing referral/networking base.
