Job summary

Ramley Home Solutions in Michigan is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with knowledge of residential construction or home improvement. You will meet homeowners, visit job sites, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the sales process with company-generated leads and marketing support.

Base pay plus commission, based on experience, with a vehicle provided for work travel and opportunities for career growth.

Outside Sales Representative — Construction

Ramley Home Solutions | Michigan

Pay: Base + commission, based on experience

Schedule: Weekdays required; approximately one Saturday per month

Ramley Home Solutions is looking for an Outside Sales Representative with sales experience and a working knowledge of residential construction or home improvement.

You’ll meet with homeowners, visit job sites, understand their project needs, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the sales process. Company-generated leads and marketing support are provided, with opportunities to develop your own leads and referral relationships as well.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, builds trust with customers, stays organized, and takes ownership of their results.

What You’ll Do

Preferred:

Experience selling roofing, decks, remodeling, or other residential construction services; estimating or quoting experience; consultative sales experience; or an existing referral/networking base.
