Job summary

Truly Nolen of America, Inc in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business through client relationships, property inspections, and field-based selling. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions with paid training and comprehensive benefits.

You will manage your territory, deliver quotes, close deals, and provide outstanding service in a full-time role, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Outside Sales Representative Commercial (Company Vehicle Salary + Uncapped Commission) –

Base salary, guarantee plus unlimited commission, paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO and more! Our sales reps average income is $65,064. Top 17% over $90,000 for the year.

What You’ll Do:

• As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll build relationships and generate new business in your assigned territory.
